Qiqihar Heilong International Ice and Snow Equipment Co., Ltd., deriving itself from Qiqihar Skates Factory founded on 21st of September, 1951, which used to be the largest conglomerates of ice sports equipment in the world, and the only national designated factory for manufacturing the ice skate blades and ice skates. The factory, authorized by State Bureau of Technical Supervision and Light Industry Association, takes on formulating the technical standard of Chinese ice sports equipment and shouldering the responsibility of managing the domestic centralized technology of ice sports equipment standards of International Organization for Standardization.
