COFCO Coca-Cola Beverages (Heilongjiang) Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province on December 31, 1993, with a registered capital of US$44 million. It is the first Sino-foreign joint venture to enter the Harbin Economic and Technological Development Zone. The factory covers an area of 66,000 square meters.  Rice, the company's total investment of 32 million U.S. dollars, put into production at the end of 1996, producing and selling the well-known Coca-Cola products.  Since April 1, 2017, it has become a direct member of COFCO Coca-Cola Beverage Co., Ltd.
