Beixin Yuwang is a large-scale waterproof material manufacturer established earlier in China. It was founded in 1985.  The introduction of Spanish and Italian technology and equipment has created a precedent for modified bitumen waterproofing membranes in the waterproofing industry.  In November 2019, King Yu of Beixin was restructured into a central enterprise.  It belongs to the world's top 500 companies, China National Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. Beixin Building Materials Group Co., Ltd., and now has seven production bases in Liaoning, Hubei, Anhui, Sichuan, Guangdong, Yuwang Chemical Fiber and Yuwang Rubber Products.
