Founded in 2000, Suifenhe Baoguo economic and Trade Co., Ltd. is one of the top ten key enterprises in Heilongjiang Province to carry out agricultural cooperation with Russia. Since its establishment, the company has made full use of two resources and two markets at home and abroad to continuously extend the cross-border agricultural industrial chain and development space. After years of development, cross-border agriculture has formed a "whole industry chain" layout integrating overseas planting, breeding, grain transportation and bonded processing.

1、 Construction of overseas agricultural breeding bases

In 2004, Irina Co., Ltd. (poglanichine Town, poglanichine District, Russian coastal border region) was registered as a wholly-owned enterprise in poglanichine District, Russian coastal border region. In 2016, it acquired green field company (Kamen, Russian coastal border region) located in Kamen City, Russia, The above-mentioned two wholly-owned companies have 18000 hectares of arable land abroad (of which 5662 hectares of land is a one-time buyout of 49 years of use rights, and the rest are leased land with a lease term of 2 to 10 years). At present, it has more than 300 sets of large agricultural machinery and equipment, 3 raw grain drying production lines, a daily processing capacity of 900 tons, 6 grain depots, a storage capacity of 50000 tons, a mechanical repair depot of 1200 square meters, a parts and equipment depot of 2000 square meters, a garage and fertilizer depot of 2000 square meters, a pig house of 7000 square meters, a pig factory office, a feed processing workshop of 720 square meters, and a staff dormitory and office building of 1320 square meters. There are 126 employees, including 30 Chinese, 96 Russian and 15 technicians. The total investment has reached 160million yuan, and the main varieties of crops are soybeans, corn and so on.

In 2018, the company planted 12000 hectares overseas and harvested more than 50000 tons of raw grain. In 2019, the overseas planting area was 14000 hectares, and more than 60000 tons of raw grain were harvested. In 2020, the planting area of 16400 hectares will harvest more than 11000 tons of soybeans and more than 50000 tons of corn. In order to further improve the grain output and transportation volume and ensure the supply of raw materials in the bonded grain processing base in China, the planting area will be expanded to 17000 hectares in 2021, including 11000 hectares of soybeans, 6000 hectares of corn, 15000 tons of soybeans and 45000 tons of corn. After returning to warehouse, the grain will be mainly transported back to China for bonded processing in Baoda agricultural and animal husbandry products processing plant. In 2022, the planting area of 18000 metric tons has been completed. Among them, 14000 metric tons of soybeans, 23000 tons of estimated quantity, 4000 metric tons of corn, and 35000 tons of estimated output.

2、 Bonded processing of domestic grain

In China, the company made full use of the bonded zone policy to resolve the problem of import tariff quotas of corn and wheat and realize the value-added of returning overseas cultivated grain through ports. It established Baoda agricultural and animal husbandry products processing base in Suifenhe Comprehensive Bonded Zone, with a planned land area of 40000 square meters and a total planned investment of 150million yuan. At present, an investment of more than 80million yuan has been completed, and the Corn Flake production line with an annual output of 100000 tons, the expanded soybean production line with an annual output of 30000 tons and the mixed feed production line with an annual output of 120000 tons have been officially put into operation, all of which can process 250000 tons of raw grain after production. In 2020, it processed more than 25000 tons of returned grain from abroad. In 2021, it processed 22000 tons of returned grain from abroad. Due to the characteristics of non GMO and green organic, the products such as corn flakes and mixed feed produced by the company are in short supply. The sales market has expanded to the surrounding areas of the province, Henan, Hebei, Jilin, Shandong, Anhui and other provinces, and has been highly recognized and strongly supported by the national, provincial and local governments. Baoda bonded grain processing base not only solves the problem of specifying processing plants for grain import, but also solves the problem of high grain import tariffs and quotas unrelated to taxes. At the same time, it enjoys preferential policies such as "bonded, tax rebate and tax exemption" in the bonded area, as well as foreign trade policies of free import license and free import tariff quota management for foreign goods entering and leaving the area, which greatly reduces costs.

3、 Enterprise honor

Since its establishment, our company has been in line with the concept of good faith management, the enterprise has been growing, and the company's reputation has been continuously improved. Over the past decade, it has won nearly 30 honors from the Chinese and Russian governments. Overseas "Irina" Co., Ltd. has been rated as "advanced enterprise" by the Russian coastal border region for three consecutive years, and its legal person Liu Jianping has been awarded the title of "excellent investor" in the Russian coastal border region.
