Bonback black-bone chicken, the brand originated in 1902, has a century of nourishing history. The founder introduced domestic black-bone chicken from Inner Mongolia and helped the King of Thailand cook black-bone chicken soup, which was given a surname by the King of Thailand. The black-bone chicken Bonback factory was established in 1983; it is currently the largest bird's nest factory in Thailand. Bonback black-bone chicken instant bird's nest has been awarded the Thai Trust Trademark, one of Thailand's instant bird's nest standard setters, and is recommended by the OTOP five-star by the Thai Ministry of Internal Affairs. The factory currently has the resources of the entire industry chain, including the right to collect bird’s nests on the islands in southern Thailand.
