Heilongjiang Dou Zhiyuan Food Co., Ltd. was established in May 2020, located in the economic development zone of Youyi County, with a registered capital of 5 million yuan and an area of 10,000 square meters. It is the key enterprise attracting investment in Youyi County this year. As the investment environment in heilongjiang province is getting better and investment attraction is increasing, our company plans to invest 51 million yuan in youyi county to build a modern industry leading enterprise, modern production equipment and modern plant project which takes soybean as raw material to process soybean products. The project is divided into two phases, the first phase of the planned investment of 20 million yuan, mainly to build steel structure drying room and 18 soybean products processing production lines, purchase and install 6 sets of soaking equipment, 3 sets of grinding equipment, 1 set of steam equipment, 6 sets of cooking equipment, 10 sets of drying equipment and other equipment and facilities. The company strictly selects high-quality non-transgenic soybeans from Northeast China and deep groundwater as raw materials, combines traditional technology with modern technology, and implements the packaging process of fully enclosed and high temperature infrared ray sterilization without pollution. The main products are cloud skin, oil skin, bean curd, soybean products and fast food. The second phase plans to invest 31 million yuan to build 42 soybean processing production lines and related ancillary facilities. After the project is put into operation, it is planned to achieve an annual sales income of 30 million yuan and profit and tax of 5 million yuan. The products are exported to Beijing, Tianjin, Shenyang, Chengdu, Gansu, Urumqi, Inner Mongolia and other major shopping malls and supermarkets. The annual income of soybean dregs, a by-product, is 750,000 yuan. The dried soybean residue (soybean dregs) can drive the industrial chain of pig, cattle, sheep and poultry breeding due to its low price and high protein content. After the completion of the project, 300 local jobs will be solved, providing a variety of jobs for the unemployed youth, laid-off workers, the disabled and poor households in the surrounding areas, and making outstanding contributions to increasing personal economic income and improving social stability. The next step is to export the products to Thailand, Singapore, Japan and other countries. Youyi County of Heilongjiang Province is close to Russia. With this advantage, the Russian market is also the next development target of our company.
