![]() 273 Introduction to CRF Attracting and retaining talents is a crucial issue for companies all over the world. The annual "talent war" intensifies. Therefore, companies will invest a lot of financial and material resources to strive to become the most popular employer. For this phenomenon, China is no exception. Especially in attracting and retaining young professionals with higher education and certain work experience, it is the most important thing. In the past sixteen years, CRF has successfully established dozens of "Top Employer" patent projects in 10 countries on four continents. We define the connotation of outstanding employers, identify outstanding performers in local companies, and expose their performance. For more than 2,000 companies worldwide, the CRF "Top Employer" program has proven to be a powerful tool for attracting and retaining talent. The project also provides an extremely valuable platform for the identification and external promotion of human resource performance and the practical communication between human resources. |
