Lishu White Liquor is a time-honored brand in Jixi and a municipal intangible cultural heritage. For 89 years, it has adhered to the ancient method of making wine and is located at the original site of Bai Winery in the former Lishu District. In 1970, Lishu White Winery was established. The pure grain liquor produced by Lishu White Winery was deeply loved by the general public and will never be forgotten. The factory has been sold all over the country for many years. In the 1990s, demand exceeded supply. Time has changed, but the old traditions and techniques have not. Liquor is made from corn, sorghum, rice, barley, yellow rice, soybean, song, yeast crops and other raw materials. It inherits and develops the traditional craft of Chinese liquor, the production process of pure handmade brewing, the production of Chinese traditional pure grain distilled liquor, also known as (Shaojiu) and (white dry), through fermentation distillation. Liquor is clear and transparent, with a pure texture and no turbidity. Its flavor is aromatic, mellow and soft. After drinking, it has a lingering fragrance and an endless aftertaste. The products are 42℃ semi-idle series, 50℃ small sitting series, exchange series, 52℃ Taoist series liquor.
