Heilongjiang Nanshaoguo Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. was registered in November 1998 and is located at No. 255, South Dazhi Road, Boli County, Heilongjiang Province. It emerged from the restructuring of the state-owned "Boli County Winery". Dating back to its establishment in 1921 with the early business names such as "Fufengyong", "Longshengquan", "Daquanyong", "Xinjiyuan" and "Jiulongquan", it has developed into today's Nanshaoguo, with a history of nearly a hundred years. It has gone through ownership stages such as private ownership, state ownership, joint-stock system and private capital, and is the earliest industry and commerce in Boli County.

Although the company has changed its name several times, its foundation remains unchanged, with an orderly inheritance and accumulated development. The production scale has grown from the initial wine workshop to an annual capacity of 2,000 tons of Baijiu (Chinese liquor), 2,000 tons of fruit wine, 1,000 tons of beverages and 2,000 tons of liqueur. The company has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification and has the right to engage in import and export business independently.
