The enterprise is located in the economic development zone of Fangzheng County, Heilongjiang Province, with a registered capital of 30million yuan. It covers an area of 50000 square meters with a total investment of 224million yuan. Hexu food, formerly known as rice beating workshop in Qingfeng Village, fangzheng Town, was established in 1983, Shaobin grain and oil factory was established in 1998, and Shaobin grain and oil products Co., Ltd. was established in 2008. Through the unremitting efforts of the two generations of hexu for 39 years, the current enterprise has developed into a full industry chain food processing enterprise focusing on the production of soybean snack food, soybean protein powder, non GMO soybean oil and "founder rice", integrating agricultural planting, grain storage, soybean and rice intensive processing and cold chain logistics. It is estimated that after the completion of the project, the annual sales volume will be 600million yuan and the profit and tax will be 42million yuan. More than 200 people can be resettled and employed. At present, it has an annual processing capacity of 100000 tons of rice and 60000 tons of soybeans. At present, the company has 18 screw oil presses, 18 automatic oil filling machines, 18 soybean protein extruders and 2 rice production lines.

    In 2014, hexu food was rated as a municipal key enterprise in Harbin and a provincial key enterprise in Heilongjiang Province in 2015; In 2018, it was rated as a municipal key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization in Harbin and a provincial "AAA enterprise of integrity" in Heilongjiang Province; The soybean snack food, soybean protein powder, non GMO soybean oil and the national geographical indication protection brand - "founder rice" produced and processed by the enterprise have been praised as "famous brand product of Heilongjiang Province" and "famous brand product of Harbin City" by provinces and cities for 10 years.

The "hexu" brand founder rice and bean food produced and processed by hexu food have been sold to more than 40 large and medium-sized cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Ningbo and Hangzhou. The enterprise will further expand its development scale and gradually promote and sell high-quality agricultural products overseas.
