 The Lianhua Luo Xibe Town Scenic Area in Harbin is located in Gongzheng Sub-district, Shuangcheng District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. It is situated beside the ancient course of the Kucha River, on the southern foot of a mountain that rises from east to west and was called Lengshan by Hong Hao, the "Su Wu of the Southern Song Dynasty". The Lianhua Luo Xibe Town Scenic Area covers a total area of nearly 114 square kilometers and is composed of the core Lianhua Luo Scenic Area, Shuangli Xibe Ethnic Characteristic villages, Kangning Xibe ethnic characteristic villages and Xiangyang Village. The core area is surrounded by the ancient Lotus Pond and consists of the Ten-Mile Lotus Pond, the Xibe Hometown Square, the 28-star Cement Pipe Restaurant, the Water Restaurant, the Xibe Ilari Clan Origin Monument, the Secret Realm of Prince Zhenxian, Dam fishing, the Muddy Land Paradise, and the Fotuo Ama Sacred Tree. There is also a Xibe homestay and two Xibe ethnic characteristic villages in the scenic area, as well as Xibe Square and Xibe Cultural Museum. This thus constitutes the only five-primary school ethnic characteristic scenic area with indigenous characteristics in Harbin City. At present, the scenic area is still under intense expansion, and its functions will continue to increase and become increasingly improved.
