Jixi Changyuan Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Changyuan Company) was established on October 10, 2011 with a registered capital of 160 million yuan. It is a joint venture between Shenzhen Beterui New Energy Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Baoan Group A joint-stock enterprise jointly funded by Fuxiang Graphite Products Co., Ltd., is a large-scale graphite production and marketing enterprise integrating graphite mining, ore dressing, product deep processing and sales. China Baoan Group is the first joint-stock company in New China and one of the first domestic listed companies. Its subsidiary Shenzhen Beterui is the national standard-setting unit for graphite anode materials for lithium-ion batteries and is dedicated to "lithium-ion secondary batteries". It is a professional manufacturer of positive and negative materials and nanomaterial applications, and currently has the world's largest market share in the industry. Changyuan Company established a project construction team in October 2011. The foundation stone was laid in April 2012, and production was officially put into operation in August 2014. The project design is the industry benchmark in terms of process automation, energy saving, environmental protection, tailings treatment, comprehensive utilization, etc., and continues to lead the industry. The project is planned to cover an area of 38,000 square meters and a building area of 26,000 square meters. After the project is completed, it can produce 50,000 tons of high-carbon graphite annually. Through the continuous improvement of the process through the implementation of "lean production", the production capacity of Changyuan Company has reached 80,000 tons/year in 2018.
