Harbin Zhongcheng Technology Development Co., Ltd. is dedicated to the development and production, focusing on the complications of extreme cold and high-altitudes, of ice-breaking and snow-removal equipment for use on roadways, bike lanes, sidewalks, etc. To date, there are six product series with more than 70 individual product models. In addition, we maintain over 40 inventions, utility models, and design patents.

Harbin Zhongcheng Technology Development Co., Ltd. utilizes a manufacturing facility with an area of approximately 21,000 m²: including 3,000 m² of office space, a production facility of approximately 5,000 m² and an annual production capacity of more than 300 icebreakers per year.
