According to reports, the north half semiconductor project has a total investment of 430 million yuan, divided into two phases of construction. The first phase of the project has a total investment of 80 million yuan and a clean workshop of 1,800 square meters. It was put into production in September 2018. The main products are 34mm, 48mm and 62mm MIGBT modules, which are widely used in the field of industrial control The second phase of the project is a key project in Heilongjiang, with a total investment of 350 million yuan to build a clean workshop of 8,000 square meters. The new 5 modern production lines, so that the enterprise's production scale has been greatly increased. It is understood that north first semiconductor to build high-end digital exhibition hall, the introduction of domestic and foreign advanced manufacturing equipment to produce IGBT, PIM, IPM, HPD and other modules and IGBT back-end chips, plans to 2023 in June to achieve mass production.
