• Default Packaging: Single unit packed individually (moisture - proof kraft paper tube + inner plastic film to prevent corrosion during transportation).

• Bulk Purchase Support: Enjoy a 10% discount for orders of 10 - 50 units, and a 15% discount for orders of over 50 units. For exact discount calculation, please contact customer service.

• Length Options: Available in 1m/1.5m/2m as standard. Custom lengths within 3m require a 7 - day advance notice.

Bulk Shipping Discount Policies

1. Sea Freight Orders

• Orders with a shipment volume reaching or exceeding one 20 - foot container (approximately 28 cubic meters) are eligible for a 50% reduction in international sea freight.

• Orders with a shipment volume reaching or exceeding one 40 - foot container (approximately 58 cubic meters) get full exemption from international sea freight (port surcharges and inland transportation fees in the destination country are not included).

2. Air Freight / Courier Orders

• For monthly cumulative order amounts exceeding RMB 100,000, a 10% discount on air freight/courier fees will be offered in the following month.

• For monthly cumulative order amounts exceeding RMB 200,000, an 20% discount on air freight/courier fees will be offered in the following month. Discounts can be accumulated and stacked.

Shipping Fee Waiver Conditions

• Air Freight Orders: Orders with a total amount exceeding RMB 8,000 get a 50% reduction in international air freight; orders exceeding RMB 15,000 enjoy full exemption from international air freight (limited to major airports in the destination country).

• All Shipping Methods

• New customers can get an immediate RMB 200 shipping fee reduction for their first order (with a minimum order amount of RMB 3,000).

• After a recommended new customer completes a transaction, both the referrer and the new customer will receive a 10% discount coupon on shipping fees for their next order.

Quality Assurance Services

1. Shipment Delay

• If the shipment is delayed due to our logistics arrangement (excluding force majeure factors such as bad weather and changes in the destination country's policies), a compensation of 5% of the order amount will be provided for delays exceeding 3 days, and 10% for delays exceeding 7 days. The maximum compensation shall not exceed the total order amount.

2. Cargo Damage / Loss

• In case of cargo damage found upon receipt, damaged photos and the logistics receipt must be provided within 24 hours. We will assist in claiming compensation from the logistics provider. After confirming liability, we will arrange for replacement or refund within 7 days.

• After confirming the loss of goods, a full refund or free re - shipment will be arranged within 10 days. The compensation amount shall not exceed the actual value of the goods (based on the order amount).

Risk Notice

The impact of force majeure factors (such as wars, natural disasters, and port strikes) is clearly indicated in the logistics instructions. For delays or losses caused by such circumstances, we will assist customers in negotiating with the logistics provider but shall not bear direct liability for compensation. It is recommended that customers purchase cargo transportation insurance according to their needs (we can handle the insurance on behalf of customers, with the insurance premium ranging from 0.5% to 1% of the goods value).
