Founded in 2011, the company covers an area of 2.5 hectares and is one of the largest juice producers in the South Caucasus. In addition to fruit juices, concentrates and preserves, Az-Granata also produces wine and vodka.

The factory has equipment for fruit receiving and processing, concentrate preparation, aseptic containers, bottling and packaging, and "Tetra Pak" packaging. The factory can produce 12 tons of juice per hour. The fruit input line can receive pomegranates, grapes, apples, pears and quinces. The fruit receiving department is responsible for fruit receiving, cleaning, sorting and high temperature disinfection, and storing the fruit in the sedimentation tank (40 pieces, 50 tons per piece). The annual production capacity of the factory is 100 million packages.

The factory is equipped with equipment made in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Bulgaria and France. The vineyards of Az Granata cover 450 hectares and the pomegranate garden covers 400 hectares. The pomegranate garden uses organic cultivation methods and is certified by the German research institute Lacon GmbH. Local and foreign experts regularly inspect the orchard and its cultivation and production methods. The orchard uses a drip irrigation system.
