Beixing whole wheat flour is made from organically grown wheat at Beixing Farm and features a long growth period and rich protein content. During the wheat processing, the traditional one-sieve technique is adopted, which retains some of the gluten, aleurone layer and germ in the wheat, and no artificial additives are added.
