"Hutuo River" rice is produced in Dongning City's Wuxing Village, known as the "Little Jiangnan of the North. The planting base is located on the banks of the Heilongjiang River, the boundary river between China and Russia, irrigated by the Huitu River originating in Russia no pollution.
