At present, the company's annual production capacity of such products has reached 30000 tons. It has obvious advantages in the design and manufacture of high-pressure air cooler.

The petrochemical air cooler products produced by the company are all designed and manufactured according to GB/T15386-94 standard and American API661 standard. Since the 1960s, the company has undertaken the localization task of more than 90% of China's imported air coolers. The products have been praised by Sinopec and the former Ministry of Machinery Industry for many times.

In order to expand the service field and meet customer needs, the company has successfully developed metallurgical air coolers and evaporative air coolers since the 1980s. The company's products have multiple patents in heat exchange elements, large aperture nozzles, motor direct connection, zinc dipping, and water system control. In 1986, the company provided Beiman Special Steel with the first horizontal continuous casting production line air cooler in China, In 1987, Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was provided with the first air cooler of closed circuit circulating water system of blast furnace in China. In 2001, the company provided the first large evaporative air cooler in China to Tianjin Steel Pipe Company. Since then, the company has provided a large number of such products for Baosteel, Shougang, Handan Iron and Steel, Taiyuan Iron and Steel, Tiangang, Benxi Iron and Steel and other steel companies.

The petrochemical air cooler products produced by the company are widely used in Zhenhai, Liaohua, Maoming, Qilu, Daqing, Yangzi, Yanshan, Guangzhou and other petrochemical companies and refineries with a capacity of more than 10 million tons.
