Wash the ginseng and wolfberries and let them dry. The ginseng can be sliced or put into a glass or ceramic container as a whole, while the wolfberries require no special treatment. Then pour in white liquor and seal the container. After sealing, it should be stored away from light. Generally, it will be ready for drinking after 30 days. During this period, gently shake the container once a week to promote the dissolution of active ingredients. The medicinal liquor is in its best drinking state when it turns amber in color.
