Raw Materials and Craftsmanship
It uses five kinds of grains from Northeast China—red sorghum, rice, wheat, corn, and millet—as raw materials. With distiller's yeast, it undergoes high-temperature stacking, high-temperature fermentation, high-temperature distillation, and graded wine selection, followed by aging in clay pots to complete the production.
Taste Characteristics
The wine features an elegant sesame aroma, a sweet and refreshing taste, delicate and mellow texture, harmonious integration of various flavors, and a clean, long-lasting finish. After drinking, it does not cause headaches or dryness in the throat, leaving a pleasant aftertaste with a low degree of intoxication.
