The "Filling King" series of products under Weizhi Food, in collaboration with top domestic artisans, have been jointly developed. After numerous experiments and adjustments, the optimal ratio of dough to filling has finally been achieved. 1. Dough: The Filling King product is made from high-quality wheat flour from COFCO. It undergoes vacuum dough mixing technology and a 9-step pressing process. During the process, the time and temperature are strictly controlled to ensure that the dough is bright in color, soft and chewy.
2. Fillings: The highest quality ingredients are selected. Apart from seasonings, there are no other additives. The product requires that the fillings have distinct layers, moderate clumping, and clear vegetable particles, reflecting the natural flavors of the ingredients. Each filling should offer a unique taste.
3. Ratio of dough to filling: After numerous experiments, the Filling King Dumplings have adapted to the dietary habits of people in Northeast China by adopting a golden ratio of 40% dough to 60% filling. The dumplings, when cooked, present a state of thin skin and large filling. When eaten, they are rich in soup and have a strong aroma.
4. Freshness Preservation: The finished dumplings are frozen at -40℃ to preserve their freshness, ensuring the freshness and nutrition of the ingredients to the greatest extent. After being cooked, they are no different from freshly made dumplings.
5. Equipment and Production Capacity: The company covers an area of 18,000 square meters and is equipped with the most advanced fully automatic production facilities in China, with an annual output of 6,240 tons. This product is specially provided for the Winter Olympics training camp. Soon, a series of products for the Winter Olympics champions will be launched.
