The company has one REDOX graphene production line (500 tons/year) and one arc graphene production line (100 tons/year).
Arc graphene
Arc graphene powder is a nanoscale graphene product prepared by our company using the leading arc plasma discharge technology. The product has the advantages of high purity, high conductivity and zero oxygen content, and is a high-quality raw material for conductive paste conductive ink and other products. It has a wide range of applications in batteries, supercapacitors, conductive composites and so on. According to the range of lamellar thickness, there are three types of arc graphene powders: AD-1, AD-2 and AD-3.
Redox graphene
The REDOX graphene products produced by the company are produced by one-step chemical reaction method at room temperature developed in cooperation with Shanghai Jiao Tong University. This technology has the advantages of low cost, fast reaction (1-2h), reliable process and high product consistency. It can produce graphene with a wide range of sizes of 1-50 um, and the single-layer rate can reach 99%. According to the size of graphene sheets, REDOX graphene powders are mainly divided into three types: RGO-1, RGO-2 and RGO-3, which can meet the needs of different uses. The company also produces GO products (water dispersions with different contents) in medium to large sizes.
