Chabiant wine is produced in lsmailli Sharab-2 winery in Azerbaijan. The grapes are grown in the lsmailli area on the southern slope of the Greater Caucasus. The area is 750m above sea level and has special climatic and terroir conditions. The vineyard is located in a natural rain forest. The sun is shining during the day, the night is cold, and the temperature is suitable, which provides the best conditions for cultivating high-quality grapes.

While cultivating grapes, we also respect the environment. We use a combination of traditional technology and innovative technology to produce high-quality wine in our estate. Both local and Italian expert teams support our concept. Each glass of wine highlights the characteristics of the grapes cultivated in our vineyards and reflects the local terroir.

The vineyard covers an area of 250 hectares and cultivates Caucasus and European grape varieties. We produce a variety of blended wines, but for authentic local grape varieties, we use 100% single-variety wines instead of blends. You can enjoy traditional and pure Azerbaijani wines made from grapes from our vineyards.

The grapes are picked and bottled by hand, preserving the highest quality of white wine, red wine and new wine. The winery has a hotel with a restaurant and bar, as well as a large wine cellar, creating a unique warm atmosphere for guests who like to taste wine on site.

Ismailli Sharab-2 winery was established in 1982 in the lsmailli region of Azerbaijan. In 2010, the winery underwent modernization and updated production equipment. The care and management of the vineyards are in line with the latest trends in European agricultural development. The winery currently uses European production lines, and Italian winemakers have developed unique blended wines. lsmailli Sharab-2 has been exhibited many times in large-scale international wine exhibitions and won many prestigious awards and certificates. We export large amounts of our own brand wines to Russia and China. In 2017, lsmailli Sharab-2 launched a new product line Chabiant to the local and international markets. This year we launched a new premium wine.
