At that time, Li Zhongjiang lived like years. But he did not sink down, he chose to start a business to get rid of poverty. He went to other provinces to study and came back to start the wine industry and set up a winery. With the help of the County Disabled Persons’ Federation, many disabled people in the village were brought together to create this cause. After visiting and studying, he decided to buy a small set of shochu utensils and a small amount of raw materials to try. Because he did not have the money to buy raw materials, he could only rely on his own plot of land to grow corn as raw materials, and then slowly simmer the wine. After learning about Li Zhongjiang's situation in 2016, Yong'an Village reported to the County Disabled Persons’ Federation that after field investigations, his wife had suffered a cerebral hemorrhage, and he had to apply for a disability certificate for his wife. In 2018, the credit union provided Li Zhongjiang with a loan of 30,000 yuan to support its expansion of production. In this way, Li Zhongjiang had a working fund, purchased new equipment, purchased raw materials, and someone helped him do it together. During the operation period, the County Disabled Persons’ Federation will inject funds into Li Zhongjiang every year and use Li Zhongjiang’s winery as a base for employment and poverty alleviation to place disabled people in employment and increase their income. The leaders of the County Disabled Persons’ Federation coordinated with the relevant departments to help him apply for trademark registration, and he became more motivated. He went to other provinces to study more than ten times, and he did not forget to make videos with his family when he was out studying, urging them to check the quality. Going out to study broadened his horizons. Li Zhongjiang brought back new technologies and concepts and applied all these technologies to production. Li Zhongjiang said that from an ordinary farmer to a 1,000-square-meter winery, he will use what people around him can see and trust to infect more impoverished people with disabilities to establish self-confidence, self-reliance, self-reliance, and self-esteem.
