This wine is carefully brewed with high-quality sorghum from the farm using traditional techniques. It is made from the high-quality sorghum variety of Northeast Black Soil that is abundant in the farm, with abundant sunlight and plump grains, and the quality is carefully selected. High-quality strong-aroma yeast is selected and undergoes a 28-day fermentation process in the cellar. Then, it is slowly steamed in a steamer to remove the residue and retain the essence. Solid-state fermentation is used to brew premium pure Baijiu. The wine is clear, mellow, sweet and refreshing, rich and fragrant, with a long-lasting aftertaste.
