1. framework

2. Caliper
It has a container-type welded structure, driven by a series hydraulic cylinder, and a guide rail guide bracket. The caliper is tilted forward by 1.5° to ensure cut quality. The position of the caliper at the top and bottom can be customized. The main pressure of the caliper and the pressure of the reverse stroke can be adjusted without affecting each other, and the function of the caliper is stable and shockproof.
3. Hydraulic system
A special hydraulic system is applied. The structure of the system is a built-in valve block, all using valves and pumps made in China. It is simple in design for easy maintenance and configuration.
4. Set the clamping material
The material clamping unit installed at the bottom of the panel has a material clamping hydraulic cylinder, the pressure of the material is proportional to the thickness of the plate, the pressing is stable, safe and reliable, ensuring the cutting accuracy of the material, and a separate system is used to control the pressure of the pressing.
5. Blade clearance adjustment settings
By rotating the upper eccentricity, the caliper moves slightly back and forth, thus changing the gap between the upper and lower blades, with a simple design, fast and convenient function.
6. Rear spindle box unit
The caliper mounted at the bottom of the upper caliper moves up and down by the movement of the caliper, adjusts with the help of electric drive, passes through the deceleration gearbox and drive lead screw, and is resized using control unit E21.
