"Xirdalan Şərab" opened in 2006, selling famous wines "QızılQaya", "Kaqor" "QaraÜzüm" and brandy "Şirvan" and "Yubiley".

Since 2008, the company has added vodka to its product line and is known for its famous vodka products New Brand, Siberian Ruby, Miracle Key, Bear and Rainbow in a short period of time. By 2010, Xirdalan Şərab occupied an important position in the domestic market and successfully introduced its brandy and wine to foreign markets.

Since 2010, the company began exporting wine and brandy to the Chinese and Russian markets, and it was quickly favored by buyers.

Applied technology:

Shamakhi, Ismayilli and Gabala grapes are used to make wine at the Shamakhi primary processing plant. After that, the wine is sent to the Khirdalan plant for further processing into Kaberne-Sovinyon, Kaberne-Merlo and Mədrəsə wines.

The most modern technical methods are used to make wine. The osmosis method is used to clean the Shollar water used in winemaking in the most modern Italian equipment and strictly comply with all hygiene standards.

The alcohol is brewed from high-quality wheat.

All wines made by Xirdalan Şərab are bottled in glass bottles produced in France, Moldova and Ukraine. Bottled wine and brandy are encapsulated with corks purchased from Italy, Portugal and France and bear the Xirdalan Şərab logo, so there will be no counterfeit products.
