It features a jet-black front and tile-gray back, with fully, intact lobes and no broken fragments—achieving 100% floatation rate after rehydration.Naturally sun-dried without any preservatives, with moisture content ≤16%. We do not use weight-enhancing treatments, alum, or sugar-water soaking. When tasted, it is neither astringent nor sweet—only the pure, rich aroma of mushrooms comes through.
