QLB Mobile Type Asphalt Batch Mixing Plant
Product Description
QLB series mobile asphalt plant is twin-shaft type asphalt equipment, with specific design of dryer drum and double shaft mixer, capacity range 10-80 ton per hour.It is belong to mobile force asphalt mixing plant.Its features as below:
1. The machine has module structure which combines intermittent drying roller and twin horizontal shaft mixer.
2. The high quality and stability of the asphalt produced by our machine can meet the requirements of the high-level black pavements in pavement building, reconstruction and maintainance.3. PLC control, touch screen with free auto/manual transfer are available for this kind of concrete mixing equipment.
4. Movable chassis structure allows a fast as well as easy transport and installation.
5. Coal and oil burner are available upon customer`s request.
Main Applications of Mobile Asphalt Batching Plant
This kind of asphalt mixing equipment is widely used for producing asphalts,
known as a type of industrial materials that do play an essential role in construction and maintenance work of asphalt roads.
Features
QLB series asphalt plant adopting modular design, easy for transportation, disassembly and installation.
QLB series asphalt plant easily expanded into mobile type, convenient for using in different working conditions.
The drum adopts gear drive, frequency conversion, positive and negative going motion, intermittent heating.
It`s double shaft mixing, batch production. Blade and lining board adopts high wear-resisting material, with long service life.
The standard configuration of QLB Mobile asphalt plant is cyclone filter. Optional: water dust filter or bag house collector.
The aggregate, bitumen and filler all adopt the batch-type metering, with high precision and reliable performance.
Control with PLC operation, with manual/automatic operation modes.
