　　According to reports, from January to February, the added value of industries above designated size in Heilongjiang Province increased by 6.2% year-on-year. Among them, the high-tech manufacturing industry grew by 36.9%, 36.4 percentage points higher than the national average. From a regional perspective, six of the 13 cities (prefectures) in the province have achieved a growth rate of more than double digits, respectively 31.1% in Jixi, 31% in Hegang, 14% in Qiqihar, 11.9% in Jiamusi, 11.9% in Qitaihe, and 11.2% in Suihua. From the perspective of industry, four of the province's top 10 industries have achieved rapid growth, with growth rates of 42.3% for pharmaceuticals, 9.6% for food, 5.4% for energy, and 15.8% for other industries dominated by tobacco.
