　　On March 28th, Xu Qin, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, presided over a special office meeting on the revitalization of the ice and snow economy and creative design industry, listened to relevant reports, and studied and deployed the next work.

　　The meeting emphasized that developing the ice and snow economy and creative design industry is an inherent requirement for practicing the new development concept, a strategic measure to promote high-quality development, and an important starting point for accelerating the transformation of mode and structure adjustment. We must unswervingly and meticulously focus on achieving results. We should strive to build new advantages in the ice and snow economy.  With the influence of cultural brands such as ice and snow fashion, we actively undertake high-level international and domestic ice and snow sports events, promote the integrated development of ice and snow sports, ice and snow culture, ice and snow equipment, and ice and snow tourism with market-oriented thinking, effectively enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the ice and snow economy, and create a new growth pole for the revitalization and development of Longjiang. We need to accelerate the expansion and strengthening of the creative design industry. Creative design is an important direction of industrial transformation. It is necessary to give full play to the advantages of our province such as profound industrial civilization, integration of Chinese and Western cultures, profound historical heritage, rich science and education resources, and broad application scenarios, break the ideological shackles, broaden development horizons, establish a new pattern of creative design industry based on Longjiang, serve the country, and face the world, with Harbin as the center, actively introduce and cultivate leading enterprises, increase market development efforts, build exhibitions High quality platforms such as competitions are fully promoting creative empowerment, green food, equipment manufacturing, featured tourism, and ice and snow economy, continuously improving the scale and level of the creative design industry, and providing new impetus for the revitalization and development of "lane changing and overtaking" in Longjiang. We should fully promote the implementation of key tasks. Special work classes should strengthen overall planning and scheduling, improve modern industrial statistical systems such as the ice and snow economy and creative design, increase publicity efforts, detail and decompose tasks item by item, clarify the responsible subjects, work standards, and completion time limits, and incorporate them into the "four systems" to vigorously promote implementation, strengthen supervision and assessment, achieve "monthly guarantee for the season, quarterly guarantee for the year", and ensure that the planning goals of the ice and snow economy and creative design industry are achieved as scheduled.
