        The 2023 China International Digital and Software Services Fair (hereinafter referred to as the Data Fair), hosted by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the People's Government of Liaoning Province, was held at the Dalian World Expo Plaza from July 6 to 9, 2023, and the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Commerce and the Provincial Department of Science and Technology organized 70 enterprises and institutions in the digital and software fields in the province to participate in the exhibition.

　　With the theme of "Digital Longjiang, Smart Future", the Heilongjiang exhibition area of this year's Data Fair divided into three major sections: information technology services, service outsourcing parks, and intelligent manufacturing, fully demonstrating the latest development achievements in the field of digital and software in Longjiang. In the exhibition area of our province, the industrial park promotion activities and signing ceremony were also held, and the relevant responsible comrades of the Shenzhen-Harbin Industrial Park, Harbin Cultural and Technological Integration Demonstration base, and Daqing Service Outsourcing Industrial Park promoted on the spot to publicize their own development advantages and preferential policies, and 5 digital and software cooperation projects were signed on the spot, with an on-site signing amount of 69.79 million yuan.
