Jointly organized by the Department of Commerce of Heilongjiang Province, the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province and the Ministry of Economic Development of Khabarovsk Territory, and co-organized by the Heilongjiang Digital Commerce Association, the "China (Heilongjiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone - Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area - Khabarovsk Territory Advanced Development Zone Economic and Trade Cooperation Promotion Conference" was successfully held in Khabarovsk, Russia.
Present at the promotion meeting were Kalashnikov Viktor Dmitrievich, Deputy Chairman of the Khabarovsk Territory and Minister of Economic Development, Jiang Xiaoyang, Consul General of the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Khabarovsk, He Song, Deputy Director of the Department of Commerce of Heilongjiang Province, Felonenko Valentina Vladimirovna, First Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Khabarovsk Territory, Skali Sergei Nikolayevich, Deputy General Director of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation for Investment Project Support, and other Chinese and foreign guests. More than 80 enterprises from Heilongjiang Province, Guangdong Province and Khabarovsk Krai gathered here to participate in the event.
At the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Khabarovsk Territory and Minister of Economic Development Kalashnikov Viktor Dmitrievich, Consul General of the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Khabarovsk Jiang Xiaoyang, and Deputy Director of the Department of Commerce of Heilongjiang Province He Song delivered speeches. The Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Commerce, the Far East and the Arctic Development Group respectively introduced the Heilongjiang Pilot Free Trade Zone and the Khabarovsk Territory Advanced Development Zone, and the Jiangmen E-commerce Industry Association of Guangdong Province made a presentation on behalf of enterprises in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
After the meeting, the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Commerce and the Far East and Arctic Development Group signed the "Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation and Exchange between the Heilongjiang Pilot Free Trade Zone, the Khabarovsk Advanced Development Zone and the Vladivostok Free Trade Port".
During the meeting, enterprises from the two countries and three places participated in the B2B talks, 13 Chinese companies negotiated with 60 Russian companies on the spot, 11 enterprises from Guangdong Province negotiated with Russian enterprises online, and enterprises from the three places actively connected with each other in the fields of new energy, food, timber, logistics, and cross-border e-commerce.
