    Recently, Heilongjiang longlong Food Co., Ltd. successfully applied for RCEP certificate of origin from Bingcheng customs under Harbin customs through "China International Trade single window". This is the first RCEP certificate of origin issued by Harbin Customs after the regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement (RCEP) came into force on January 1, 2022.

    It is reported that after the regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement (RCEP) comes into force, the approved members will implement tax reduction in accordance with the provisions of the agreement, and more than 90% of the goods trade in the region will eventually achieve zero tariff.

    "Our enterprise has always been concerned about the implementation of RCEP. Finally, when RCEP comes into effect, we can enjoy tariff preference with the certificate of origin, which makes our enterprise really feel the tax reduction dividend, and adds a huge advantage for our products to enhance the international market competitiveness and seize the market share." The person in charge of the enterprise said. This batch of goods is canned boiled mountain vegetables exported to Japan, with a value of 53000 US dollars. With this RCEP certificate of origin, Japan can enjoy a preferential tariff reduction of about 2000 yuan under the RCEP agreement.

    From January to November 2021, the import and export value of Heilongjiang Province to RCEP countries was 16.88 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 32.4%. The implementation of RCEP will actively promote the economic and trade exchanges between Heilongjiang Province and RCEP countries and expand the level of opening to the outside world.
