Heilongjiang Shuangcheng garden Wine Co., Ltd. was founded in 1879 (the fifth year of qingguangxu). Its self operated "garden wine" brand was the first batch of Chinese time-honored brands recognized by the Ministry of Commerce in 2006. The garden wine series products produced by the company are deeply loved by the local people by virtue of the classic and simple shape and the price close to the people. In 1975, the products of "Yuanyuan opera", "Huayuan Daqu" and "Huayuan Tequ" were sold well both inside and outside the province and were well-known in Beijing and Tianjin. The traditional brewing techniques of garden wine can be traced back to the Jin Dynasty. Since the establishment of the factory, it has been inherited by seven generations of craftsmen and has been rated as provincial and municipal intangible cultural heritage. The wine making plant and pits are located in jinchengcheng Huayuan village, Shuangcheng District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. There are about 200 well preserved old pits with a history of more than one hundred years, 120 wine sea pits and 140 wine jars. Distilleries mainly produce Luzhou flavor baijiu. When they are brewed, they need to use high-quality red sorghum in the northeast as raw materials, and the water from the ancient Imperial Garden of Jin Wu Lu, the sister of Jin Wu Shu. The brewed wine has the characteristics of "strong grain flavor, soft sweet, clear, harmonious fragrance and long aftertaste".

Mr. Qin Hanzhang and Mr. Gao Yueming, the leaders of the wine industry, visited the garden distillery in 1988 and 1990 respectively and wrote inscriptions as a memento. Mr. Qin said: "the beautiful scenery of the north country, the beautiful water in the garden. Fragrance is not secular, and honor belongs to Jinxiang. " Mr. Gao's Title: "garden wine, fragrant in the north." In 1991, when the 112th anniversary of Huayuan liquor was celebrated, PuJie, the younger brother of Puyi, the last emperor of the Qing Dynasty, personally wrote a poem for the brand, saying: "the sun and moon in the pot are brewed in two cities, and the heaven and earth in the urn are fragrant with black water."
