In 2018, relying on the Heilongjiang Road shaker car club - "Snow Wolf brigade", the "Snow Wolf distillery" was founded and formed a large-scale and stable operation. In response to the rural revitalization plan, with the support of national policies, Heilongjiang Fangtai Baijiu Co., Ltd. was upgraded and registered in 2021, and was officially approved the SC production license.

Covering an area of 4000 square meters, the distillery has a modern distilling workshop and a canning workshop. All equipment is strictly in accordance with national standards. It has 36 food grade 304 stainless steel fermentation pits, 2 food grade 304 stainless steel distilling pots, 1 modern stainless steel air cooler and 1 modern stainless steel automatic cooling bed. In 2021, it expanded a 520 square meter modern automatic canning workshop, with an annual canning capacity of 270000 bottles of Baijiu, The annual output of sorghum Daqu and sorghum Xiaoqu liquor is 400 tons.
