Shaheyan Wine Factory is named after the family, Shahnazayan. It is located near the capital, Yerevan.

The sun is shining almost 300 days a year in Armenia, so the grapes here are extremely high in sugar, and there are many varieties suitable for growing. Every year after the grapes are gathered, they are stored in the cellars. Some cellars even contain wine more than 100 years old, and it is still in oak barrels!

Since 2000, Shahelin distillery has introduced to the market the "Armenian Traditional Brandy Series" with the ages of 3 and 5 years, after stealing the new brand packaging.
