The establishment of the China (Suifenhe) Cross-border E-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area is a major move in conforming to the trend of globalization, accelerating the transformation of government functions, and building a new open economic system in Suifenhe, as well as a experiment to achieve cross-border e-commerce liberalization, facilitation and standardization through system innovation, management innovation, and service innovation.Through the establishment of China (Suifenhe) Cross-border E-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area, a cross-border e-commerce system for online transactions, online supervision, online services, and offline support will be established. Given the advantages that the city located in the regional center of Northeast Asia, experienced in cooperation with Russia and Northeast Asia, relying on the current cross-border e-commerce customs clearance service system, a cross-border center of e-commerce operation, logistics, financial and innovation for Russia and Northeast Asia, will be established.
