Cross border e-commerce comprehensive test area
In July 2018, Harbin was approved by the State Council as one of the country's third batch of integrated pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce. Located in the center of Northeast Asia, Harbin is considered to be the bridgehead and hub of China�
The China (Heihe) Cross-border E-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area is located in Heihe City on the Sino-Russian border of Heilongjiang Province.
The China (Suifenhe) Cross-border E-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area is approved by the State Council on December 15, 2019.
